Products and made-to-order items

Every item is produced after you order it. Colours and placement may vary slightly between pieces and from what you see on screen, which is normal for printed and handmade goods.

• Product pages describe materials, sizes and production time
• Custom or personalised pieces are made to your specifications
• We may decline a custom request that we cannot reasonably produce

Prices, taxes and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Taxes and import duties depend on your destination; see the Shipping Policy for details.

Shipping Policy

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it when the confirmation email is sent; until then we may refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is mispriced or unavailable. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery times and customs rules are described in the Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the special rules for personalised items are described in the Refund & Returns policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence always apply and are not limited by these terms.

Intellectual property

When you commission custom work, you grant us the right to produce the item you ordered and to show the finished piece for portfolio purposes unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the store for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorised to use
• Do not submit designs that infringe someone else’s rights
• Do not scrape or resell our content

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes
